Cancellation Policy

You agree to pay in full for your service with correct CASH at your appointment, minus the booking fee of $30 which is charged to your card upon booking and is a non-refundable fee to secure your appointment time and comes off your total service price. Cancellations or rescheduling with 48 hours notice or less will be charged at 50%. Being a small business we would not be able to fill your spot with such short notice. Not showing up without contacting us (a no-show) is charged at 100% of your service cost. No additional people including children to be brought to your appointment for safety and insurance reasons. No exceptions. If you are going to be late please message us on our socials or mobile (returning customers will have our mobile on their aftercare cards). There is a $20 late fee if you are 10 mins late or more, 15 mins late is considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no show. If you are booking an infill & have 50% lash extensions left or less at the time of your appointment regardless of how long since your lash lash appointment, please reach out and send a photo of your lash line up close as you will most likely need a full set. Outgrown lashes need to be removed during infill appointments and can generally be anywhere from 10-50% of your lashes. We may not have time to change your infill app to a full set so if you are unsure it's better to book a full set to ensure we can fit you in since there is limited hours/time available.
